Specialist Cyber Advisory

Senior-led specialist advisory across
cyber security and
emerging technology risk.

Grounded in architecture and first principles. Focused on outcomes. We see your systems as an adversary would, target the risks that matter most and demonstrate measurable progress against an agreed baseline.

"We take accountability for outcomes. We do not pass it to a tool, a methodology or a subcontractor."

Sapience — Our Operating Principle

Principal leadership A principal leads every engagement from the first conversation to the final deliverable. There is no handover to junior staff after signing.
One point of accountability You engage one firm across every partner and every phase. Partners extend our depth and the accountability stays with us.
Emerging technology as a core practice AI, Agentic AI and Post Quantum Cryptography form a dedicated practice with its own threat models, reference architectures and assurance methods.
How We Assess Risk

We start with how your environment can actually be attacked, not with a checklist.

Every engagement begins with a structured assessment of your specific environment. We examine your architecture and the way your systems interconnect, because attackers move through integration points rather than org charts. We map the threats relevant to your sector and technology stack, review the processes that govern how systems and people operate, and identify where exploitable vulnerabilities are actually exposed rather than merely present. From this we estimate your real risk exposure: which attack scenarios are plausible, what they would cost the business, and which gaps matter most. We then provide remedial advice in priority order, linked to measurable risk reduction. Not a generic gap list against a framework. A defensible view of where you are exposed and what to fix first.

What Brings Organisations to Us

Three problems we are built to solve.

These are the situations that prompt organisations to call us. Tell us which one applies to you.

01
Emerging Technology Security

AI, Agentic AI and Post-Quantum Cryptography introduce risks your current controls were not designed to address.

Autonomous agents make decisions, invoke APIs and act across systems without direct human oversight. Most firms list AI security as a keyword. PQC migration timelines are already constrained. The harvest-now-decrypt-later threat is active now.

What we deliver: End-to-end security coverage from architecture, governance and threat modelling through to AI red-teaming and PQC migration planning. A dedicated practice with proprietary IP and assurance methods.
02
Risk and Governance

Regulatory compliance is escalating and meeting thresholds does not reduce your actual threat exposure.

CPS 230, CPS 234, ASD Essentials, Essential Eight and ISO 27001 set a floor. Passing an audit does not mean your risk is managed. Chasing every framework simultaneously creates audit fatigue without reducing real exposure.

What we deliver: Every obligation mapped to your actual threat profile. We tell clients what controls they need and, as importantly, what they do not. Risk-based, not tick-box.
03
Cyber Strategy and Delivery

Cyber investment is not translating into confidence that your risk has actually been reduced.

Most organisations have tools, frameworks and vendors. What they lack is a senior, independent perspective that connects strategy to measurable outcomes and holds delivery accountable end to end.

What we deliver: Advisory, implementation oversight and assurance testing connected end to end. We stay through to the outcome and measure our value by risk reduction, not by hours billed or reports issued.

Our Emerging Technology Security practice is a core differentiator. We maintain a dedicated practice for AI, Agentic AI and Post-Quantum Cryptography with proprietary reference architectures, first-principles threat models and end-to-end assurance. This is not an extension of our conventional cyber services. It is a standalone capability built from the ground up.

Our Approach to Emerging Technology Security

Proprietary IP. First principles. End-to-end quality control.

We combine proprietary reference architectures with first-principles cyber security applied directly to your system architecture. Advisory, implementation oversight and assurance under one firm.

Step 01
Proprietary reference architectures and use case libraries

IP-backed reference security architectures and use case libraries specific to AI, Agentic AI, Agent harness security and PQC threats, structured by threat actor, attack technique and sector context. They accelerate assessment and provide a consistent, auditable baseline.

Step 02
First principles overlaid on your actual system architecture

Fundamental security principles applied directly to your system architecture, integration points and business requirements. This surfaces control gaps that generic framework application misses.

Step 03
End-to-end coverage from advisory through to assurance testing

The full cycle: strategy, architecture advisory, control design, implementation oversight and red-team testing against AI-specific threat scenarios through our technology partners. Findings are remediated and re-tested.

Step 04
Technology partners under our quality control and oversight

Specialist implementation and assurance partners operate under our oversight. We define scope, review outputs, integrate findings and own the remediation plan. The client engages one firm throughout.

We operate as your complete end-to-end partner for Emerging Technology Security. Advisory, architecture, implementation oversight and assurance testing under one point of accountability. Clients do not manage multiple vendor relationships or absorb unassigned risk. We hold the thread from first principles through to confirmed control effectiveness.

Who We Serve

The regulated mid-market and complex risk environments.

We focus on organisations with active cyber obligations, accessible decision-makers and genuine need for independent senior advisory. Our model is built for complex problems, not volume engagements.

01 — Financial Services

Financial Services and Superannuation

APRA-regulated banks, insurers and superannuation funds facing CPS 230 and CPS 234 obligations. Outsourcing complexity, resilience pressure and strong demand for independent governance advisory from initial diagnostic through to ongoing retainer.

02 — Health and Payments

Health, Fintech and Payments

Private health groups with patient data sensitivity and service continuity risk. Fintech and payment firms with growth pressure, customer trust requirements and fast-moving regulatory exposure across Australia, UAE and UK.

03 — Government and Infrastructure

Government and Critical Infrastructure

State and Federal government agencies and their Suppliers with annual attestation and governance uplift requirements. Utilities and critical service providers with high-consequence outages, OT environments and complex supplier dependencies.
